Please review this policy carefully before completing your reservation. By booking this property, you agree to the payment schedule, cancellation terms, and security deposit conditions outlined below.
Your reservation is confirmed once the first payment is received. The total rental price is split into two payments:
All amounts are in Colombian Pesos (COP) unless otherwise indicated on the booking platform. Payments in foreign currency are converted at the Representative Market Rate (TRM) published by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia on the date of payment.
Once payment has been made, whether in full or in part, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers non-refundable accommodation costs to protect your investment.
Booking quotes are valid for forty-eight (48) hours from the time they are issued. If the first payment is not received within this period, the quote will expire and the reservation will not be confirmed. A new quote may be subject to updated pricing and availability.
A pre-authorization of COP 800,000 is placed on your credit or debit card on the day of check-in. This is not a charge but a temporary hold. The pre-authorization is automatically voided three (3) days after your check-out date, provided no deductions are necessary.
Deductions may be made for damages to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear, missing or broken inventory items, extraordinary cleaning required due to the condition the property was left in, lost keys, access cards, or remote controls, or any other costs arising from a breach of the rental agreement. If deductions are required, only the documented amount will be charged and the remainder released. If damages exceed COP 800,000, you will be invoiced for the difference.
Important: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A cleaning surcharge will be deducted from the security deposit if evidence of indoor smoking is found.
In the unlikely event that the Landlords must cancel your reservation for reasons not attributable to you, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
In the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances (such as natural disasters, government orders, or public health emergencies), the Landlords may cancel the reservation at any time. In such cases, you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your stay, but no additional compensation.
